Structure & Foundation
The building structure is by far the most critical part of the inspection; a home's envelope is a skeleton, which includes the foundation & footings as well as the floors, walls, and roof. Structures are judged by how well they can make a standstill. The safety and usability of the entire home depend on its structural integrity. We perform The inspection on both the interior and exterior of the house. Since many structural components are buried below grade or behind finishes or storage, much of the examination is done by analyzing property grading, structural movements, foundation settlements, and previous Repairs.
Structural issues can be very costly; in some cases, the problem is so severe that the contractor does not warrant repairs.
